Umbrella Association membership is an automatic function of purchasing a Tara Golf & Country Club property, and is not optional. As a private, member-owned country club, non-resident members are not permitted, nor are public use of the golf course and other club facilities. Membership includes the financial responsibility to pay specific annual and monthly fees according to member class. Member special assessments for major projects such as refurbishment of the clubhouse or golf course renovation may be required from time to time. There are two types of memberships: Class A-Golf and Class B-Social.


Class A-Golf Membership:

The full golf membership includes use of the golf course, practice facilities, golf cart rental, restaurant, grille room, halfway house, fitness facility, card rooms, swimming pool and spa.

Class B-Social Membership:

There is a social membership including use of the restaurant, grille room, fitness facility, card rooms, swimming pool and spa. Golf is available in the off-season (May-October) on a space available basis at the current guest rate.
