Tennis
The Tara Tennis Courts are conveniently located between the clubhouse and the main swimming pool. Our U.S. Open Har-Tru courts offer a safer surface that is 20% cooler, even on the hottest Florida days to ensure exciting matches. These Har-Tru courts are also fast-drying, allowing players to begin a match quickly after a rain, or even continue their match during a light rain. We offer our members both regularly scheduled doubles groups for men and women and mixed doubles tennis.
There are plenty of opportunities for open play. Tennis courts are open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and are available to our members, family members, transferees, and guests.
Pickleball
Tara Golf & Country Club is embracing the fastest growing sport in the country! Pickleball has exploded throughout the United States- especially in the Southern states. Combining elements of tennis, table tennis, and badminton, this exhilarating sport can be played in singles or doubles. Come see our Pickleball courts located at the Terraces and enjoy Tara’s newest addition for fun and recreation.
